Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT session includes

A 90 minute on-line therapy session via zoom. During the session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state of self awareness where we will dialogue directly with the subconscious mind. Using unique RTT layered regression techniques, we will gain insight into the root cause of the presenting issue and begin to remove blockages, deal with unfinished business, re-frame and eradicate limiting beliefs and initiate a clear path to freedom, self empowerment and success. The session takes place in the comfort of your own home or office.
 

7 Day check–in

At the 7 day post–session mark you will be sent a brief email to check in and see how you are doing. Of course, you are most welcome to contact me prior to the 7 days if you are experiencing any issues or even the smallest of breakthroughs. I am always delighted to hear about the big and small wins! 
 

21 Day evaluation

At the 21 day post–session mark you will receive another brief email to evaluate how the RTT® experience has been for you overall. We will discuss if you have experienced any challenges, more positive changes, discoveries and revelations along the way and assess whether you woul benefit from 1 or more sessions in the future.
