Meditation

The benefits of practicing meditation regularly are immense. Anyone can learn how to meditate, it can be learned at almost any age and can be practiced anywhere at any time. Meditation offers a natural way to greatly improve and maintain mental, physical and emotional health. It improves function of the immune system and can help return the entire body to its perfect natural balance. 

Meditation classes

SINGLE MEDITATION CLASSES (1 hour). Designed to introduce the student to basic breathing techniques, muscle relaxation, guided visualisation to reduce stress and induce calm. At the end of this class, students should feel relaxed and confident with an overall sense of positivity, hope and wellbeing.  

4 WEEK MEDITATION CLASSES (1 hour per session) These classes are for students who wish to deepen their meditation practice and become more empowered to create the future of their dreams. At the end of this course, students should feel comfortable and confident about practicing meditation. They should have a good understanding of the fight or flight reaction, understand their own stress responses and, with practice and consistency, be able to disengage from a stress response. They should be able to report a noticeable improvement in their daily lives through the regular practice of meditation.

All classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate levels and people wanting to return to meditation. Our meditation styles are non-religious and for people from all cultural backgrounds and walks of life.

Online or Onsite classes available (within 30km from Oran Park NSW 2570). Classes are minimum 12 students and max 100 for online students. School / Office / Corporate packages available.
